Just Some Quick Practice...

Here are a few from a very quick practice session in the new studio. Not a whole lot of time to do anything....maybe more tomorrow.

A Sweet Newborn....

Awww.....I love babies!!!! I first photographed this little guy when he was in his mama's belly :)
Now I get to photograph him out of mama's belly. What a great job I have!!! Did I mention that I LOVE babies!!?!?!?

After The Ice-Cream...

It was such a nice day today that my sister and I decided that we would get out of the house and take the kids to get some ice cream. On the way home I saw this building that was painted with these bold funky colors so I knew I had to stop. It was midday so the sun was at it's brightest so not the best in the harsh light but oh well.....what do ya do?!?!?!

A Beautiful Day In Michigan..

It was so nice outside today. It was a whopping 61 degrees today. It felt like summer after the cold temps and all of the snow that we have gotten. I'm so ready for the gorgeous sunshine and warmer temperatures. The kids had cabin fever so I took the opportunity to get some fun shots.

The Expo....

Well I'm home now and quite tired. It was a long weekend but so great. I want to start out by saying thank you to my loyal clients that stopped by to show their support. Thanks so much!!!
I had a great response from people and lot and lots of wonderful compliments. Thanks to any and everyone who stopped by and complimented, I really appreciate the nice words.

Check Out These Eyes....

This little princess had the bluest round eyes ever. She was not very thrilled that I wanted to take pictures of her. Poor baby....I hate having the camera shoved in my face too :) but I did get a few that mom really loved.

Got A New Lens!

I Just got my 85mm 1.2L and I wanted to try it out. As most of you know we have just about a million inches of snow right now and I'm in the middle of building my studio so....I decided to take Ava out and test it out.....I wish she was more into sitting still. She moves so darn much so shooting at 1.2 is tough with her but I did manage to get a couple. This lens could just be my new favorite.....
