Another Gorgeous Newborn...

Oh my gosh...I have had quite a few newborn lately and every time that I have one I get all weepy eyed and really want one!! This little guy was soooo adorable and such a good little sleeper. He slept on anything even the platter. A good trick that I found is that I use a little heater and blow warm air on them it really does the trick and they just snooze away! He reminds me so much of my boys when they were newborns. Every time I look at these I just think of how much I loved that short precious time!!

Got Some More Lights...

I got another light so of course all I have been doing since I got it is playing. Poor Ava! I even got Chunk in a few, he is such a little stud with his man boobs and all :) and yes he had to wear Ava's hat. Holden is way too old and will not have a part in it. He is too busy playing with friends, watching wrestling and going to birthday parties!
So here are a few more...I'm loving the high key look, but I may need another light to get it perfect!

My Daughter And Her Attitude!

Well as you can see she was a little bored tonight. She did get a little better after I bribed her with Monster's On Ice.....I told her she could look at it on the computer. It worked, she did get a little bit better.
I just love this chair. It was my moms mom's. Actually from what my Grandpa says it was my Grandma's great great grandmothers. My moms mom passed away when my mom was 3 from lymphoma. So my mom never knew her. She only has a few things that were hers and this chair is one of them so it is special. It is in such good shape. I just love it and it will make for some great photos.

Here are the cards that the kids are handing out at school. I printed these as wallets on metallic paper. They look so cute. Well Chunk isn't handing his out at school :) but I just couldn't leave him out....being such a happy Valentine and all. Happy Valentine's Day!!

Oh my Daughter..

Some days...... She got into her closet and found her memory box and got into it....she came out of her bedroom looking like this. Well she didn't have the hospital ID bracelet on. I had to make her a new one because the other one wouldn't fit. Imagine that?!?!? Maybe it is because she is 3!! I especially love the newborn hat, such a fashion statement!!

Starting Work On Easter Cards Already...

A Few From Recent Sessions...

Here are a few from recent sessions. I have been so bad about updating lately. With all that has been going on and all.
Well my whole family except for Jess has had some nasty stomach virus. It started out with Ava last Saturday morning. After she had been to the McDonald's playplace for the first time in her life on Thursday. That is exactly why I don't let me kids play in those things. I guess on the other hand maybe I should so that it builds their immunities. Then Chunk came down with it Sunday night about 9:00pm and then by 3:00 am I had started!! Oh my goodness NOT FUN!!! I was sick until Tuesday night. I thought we were all in the clear until Holden started Friday night. WOW what a week. Now my mom called and she has it!! It looks like we will not be going to see Grandpa anytime soon. I would hate for one of us to pass that on to him!
Good luck to any of you who have this yucky crap right now!

My Grandpa...

Grandpa was transfered to Mary Free Bed today. They are expecting another month of intense physical therapy. He had physical therapy today for about 2.5 hours and said that he was really tired from it. He also got a real bath for the first time today. He said it was so nice to do that. I bet!! I couldn't imagine not having a "real" shower or bath daily!! Gosh, when I had Ava ...I had her at 1:55 in the morning and by 3:30 am I was up and in the shower. So yeah, not being able to shower on a daily basis and having to depend on a sponge bath would drive me insane!!!
Hopefully, he will do good with the physical therapy and start to get some of the feeling back in his legs.

Bath Time Fun...

Just some fun ones from Ava and Chunk's 3rd bath today. I swear they have about 20 baths a week literally. One after breakfast, lunch and then one before bed!!! So that is why we go through so much salt in the water softener?!?!?

Some New Changes....

I want to start off and let everyone know that I'm building a studio!!! I'm so excited about this. It will be so much easier having everything in one location. I have so many really neat accessories that I just can not bring to client's homes. Not to mention the lighting is superb.

I will be adjusting my pricing soon. I will still be doing on location sessions as well as some in home sessions. Special circumstances apply!

My lab has had a price increase within the last month so when I revamp all of my session info and pricing I will also be revamping print prices too. Don't worry it will not be much.
I'm thinking about adding a print credit into my session fee. I would love your feedback on this idea. As I still really aim to please my clients.
